- Prioritising the washing of all equipment subject to the needs of the chefs/front of house teams
- Making sure that cleaning standards are always upheld
- Following health and safety protocol
- Assisting the chef team with basic kitchen preparations
- Putting away deliveries correctly
- Helping Front of House team with glass washing and cutlery polishing *Knowledge, Skills and Experience*
- Good communications skills
- Experience of working in a similar industry such as food service, catering or hospitality
- Previous food handling experience
- Ability to adhere to all health & safety practices
