Job Description

  • Elicit business and client requirements using appropriate data collection method, such as interviews, documents analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, service users’ visits, use cases and business analysis.

  • identifies problems concerned with business strategy, policy, organisation, procedures, methods, and markets.

  • Planning and implementing digital marketing campaigns using various social media platforms.

  • Responsible for research on information on government policies, improved services for increased service users’ satisfaction and feedbacks on service delivered to service users, gathering and interpreting evidence-based data, and communicating findings to the management and team members.

  • Work with different units on how to improve their operations and communicate same to company administrator and senior management.

  • Managing both internal and external stakeholders at different levels in the organization and present findings, recommendations, and ensure delivery of agreed actions.

  • Supporting different projects and initiate new projects as required, producing reports,

    • implementing systems to drive services users’ experience using IT.

    • Produce business cases to underpin business projects, operational improvements, and generation of innovative ideas.

    • Reviewing current procedures to determine how quality may be improved and making recommendation to improve quality.

    • Managing the company website, coordinating digital marketing, and updating the company information in all our social media platforms.

    • Monitoring the implementation of robust staff management systems to monitor our employees working in the domiciliary care according to Care Quality Commission business requirements.

    Additional Duties

    1. Ensuring quality standards are met for products and services.

    2. Taking steps to identify products/services that do not meet the standards and taking remedial actions when required.

    3. Developing and implementing visual, physical, functional, or other appropriate measures and test of quality.

    4. Preparing reports for the management and conducting routine and unannounced quality audits, etc.
