We are a recruitment company based in Scotland and provides Permanent and temporary Nurses, carers and support workers across Scotland.
The Chief executive of C and S recruitment Limited is a qualified Nurse who set up C and S recruitment limited in 2021. We are one of the only nursing agencies in the UK founded and run by a Registered RGN.
We have a dedicated and caring qualified and highly experienced team of +50 nurses, carers, and support workers.
We provide only:
Temporary and permanent care workers and support workers who are trained and given a full induction to understand the needs of the job and are supported by our management to ensure they promote the value of your ongoing service. Senior Carers who are trained to administer medication and can cover for when you are short of Nursing staff and this also is a cost-cutting measure.
We also supply trained NMC Registered Nurses to administer medication and cover for when you are short of registered nurses

We will ensure our carers conform to the care standards and the Health and Social Care Act 2010 regulations by providing adequate training and providing up-to-date information to them so when they work for you they understand the stipulations and codes of practice they have to follow.
