I am intrested in working for Flexible Healthcare Agency as I beleive I possess the skills and knoweldge that match the post. I gained these skills and knoweledge having worked in the nursing profession for more than twenty years starting my career from Nigeria, Africa to Republic of Ireland and now in Scotland United Kingdom caring for people across the age groups.The skills and knoweledge I have gained include – team work to positively work with other prefessionals and staff and on my own to endure residents/patients needs are met in a person-centered way; interpersonal skills to empathise and develope relationship with residents/patients; observetion and critical analytic skills to gather and use data and knowledge to identify, achieve and validate agreed goals and provide evidence-based care; documentation, prioritsing care and organisational skill to ensure that duties and tasks are accomplish by staff on duty.With these skills and knoweldge, I believe I will fulfil the roles and responsibilities of an agency nurse to expected standards if I am given the chance.
